Starting Slow Carb diet
Once I get the 4-hour Body I'm going to implement that as soon as I can. Just feel horrible all of the time now. Looking back over this journal I look like a total slacker. Seems 11 months ago was just the other day. Comes from repetitive circumstance and actions over and over and over.

Started P90X
Monday was the first day, so today was shoulders and arms. Not a very hard workout, but I can definitely feel the burn both then and now. Let the new journey begin!

Done with the DT's (I hope)
Not a fun couple of days. Quit smoking and drinking at the same time. Actually started seeing things out of the corner of my eye and have felt like boiled dog crap. Today started the slow carb eating process again, and feel pretty good. Still a little edgy, but other than that I'm ok right now. Just have to avoid the triggers when I get home, and we should have a good week. Starting excercise tomorrow!

Here we go, once again, again, again
Everyday I don't smoke I feel better. Fell way off all of the wagons last month. Just too much stress (I know, I know..call a wahmbulance...) and everything going wrong at the same time. I'd like to just balme the kids for moving back in, but that's just a thin excuse. Have to just keep on trying every single day.

My lungs feel like beat hamburger still. Going to try to get started with little baby steps, but I'm winded now just walking around.
