I Think My Scale Isn't Accurate

Last Saturday, I weighed myself (first thing in the morning, after using the bathroom) and the scale read 159lbs. THIS morning, a week later, the scale reads 149.8lbs. I'm excited to see such a dramatic change in the scale, but I don't believe this is accurate. I have been working really hard, exercising and eating right, so I expected to see results, but...not 10lbs. That's not realistic at all. Regardless, I'm excited to continue because I feel great and because I think I finally found a balance. I'm eating to keep me energized throughout the day. And the "good-tasting" foods make my stomach hurt. Ugh.....

Gotta buckle down and get SUPER serious.

....not that I wasn't taking bootcamp seriously- I initially wanted to just get as physically active and capable as I had been before a serious lull in my exercise regimen and healthy eating habits. I've lost about 10 lbs and several inches just by going to boot camp and I haven't been very diligent regarding extra workouts (ie cardio) nor a stricter diet. So NOW it's time to really prove to myself what I am capable of doing. Through the consistent exercise, I have regained my self-esteem and confidence, but I know I can do better- much better. So here is the beginning to a whole new chapter in this endeavor. And I actually have several people holding me accountable- my roommate, Celia; my friend, Anthony; fellow bootcamper, Nancy; and my awesome boot camp trainer, RJ. Let's do this! ;)
