Oops I shouldn't eat this
Does a Chicken ceasar wrap from McDonalds count. Not...I've added my meals for last night and i;ve got the warning symbol agains all my items, does this mean i'm going to explode. I know I need to exercise but there should be an allowance when your sick. Good Luck your going well.
