    My kids are almost 4 & 15 months. I gained about 35# with each and after breastfeeding it has all finally come back off. Swimming was a great activity for me, esp. toward the end when I felt so huge. You shouldn't have to give up working out completely (Unless your MD says so). Good luck!

    I am six months pregnant and have gained about 21 pounds. I hope to put on no more than 20 more - less would be nice. I will return to workouts about a month after the baby is born. Hopefully I will get it off quickly and with ease!
