pat 1/2 marathon
Pat- where did you find the 1/2 marathon training program...can't locate it on the site. If you can find it let me know- didn't see it in the challenges.

Counting Calories
I concur Laura, this site does make it easy. It is kind of annoying keeping track of every thing i eat but i too am seeing the results. I have lost 3 lbs and have kept my calories under 2000 every day since i have started. By entering in the food, i am forced to make conscious decisions about what i eat. One thing we have tried which you might like are Fltabread Wraps in place of regular bread for sandwiches. They have 9 grams of fiber, and flax seed and taste a lot better than bread. I definitely will have to give those brownies a try, they sound really good! Keep up the great work everyone and have a good week! - pat

no pudge brownies
ok-counting the calories is working! annoying to keep track of, but seeing the outcome is working- this site is the best/easiest to find the foods you ate- better than weight watchers and some other sites I've tried. We made all natural "no Pudge" brownies last night- in the cake aisle of the grocery store- weight watchers always promoted this brand and this is the first time we tried them. super easy- add stoneyfield non-fat french vanilla yogurt to the mix and ta da! no fat, 110 calories/square. We all loved them! later team, Laura

Calorie magic number
Jillian Michael's says my personal magic daily calorie number to lose 2 lbs/week is 1270, and generally stay between 1200-1400 a day. Her site is good for the recipes and eating naturally and healthy, and this site is far better for tracking the calories and food- I'll use both:) can't hurt. Going to set up my workout goals.
