    End of Year Reflections

After taking this course and being able to use and learn more about Gyminee, it has helped my overall health become better. I have learned many things from logging my food on a daily basis. I have learned that I have many good food choices and then also some bad ones. I have learned that my protein and carbohydrate intake is where I wanted it to be. I have also learned that my fat intake needs to be cut way down. I also need to make an attempt to eat a more variety of foods and not just what is easy to make. After tracking my workouts, I have noticed that the workout I have made is really helping. I am sticking to the plan and I am feeling batter about it everyday. Gyminee was valuable in keeping my over all health goals because it was always sending me reminders to workout and to track my food log. If I didn’t have gyminee, there would be no way I would have stuck to my workout. I will continue using Gyminee because it has helped me out so much that I am obligated to stick with it. I liked this part of the class because it was fun to track everything and it wasn’t all just book work.
