Time is catch up to Greg
Greg has been slowly and steadily losing weight.... probably 15 pounds lost in the past 6 months. Yesterday was our 15.5 year wedding anniversary and I want to get down to pre-wedding weight.

Starting over AGAIN
Okay, today is day 2. I just need to cut out the junk food and watch portion sizes. Short term goal to to get down to 135 pounds or less by Helen's wedding in 2 weeks on June 15.

Finished Week 5
I lost all my previous progess and am back at starting weight. I've kept up with my exercise routine but have been eating way too much, using my period as an excuse for cravings. Just keep at it and remember how good it feels when the clothes fit well and even fit loose!

Finished Week 4
Doing great until yesterday. Calories spiked up to 4630 for the day. Most of it sugary carbs. I can definitely tell that it is that time of the month. Can't do much about the past so stay focused and keep the nutritional intake below 1500 cal/day and choose healthy foods.
