    Hey my paleo friend,

    how are you doing? Chicken apple sausage sounds very tasty! :) I just logged my yoga workout and my breakfast for the first time today since six months ago, that was quite a hurdle. It's nice to see you here! :)

    Hope you had a great trip, I was born in Quebec so am well familiar with a lot of the french cuisine - very yummy and be thankful for your metabolism. Glad to hear you are 'out of the boot', hope you progress to a decent run soon... I'm missing my running, hope to slowly transition back in over the next month or so. Spin cycle and light elliptical for me until then (not my favourites).

    Fending off cravings

    I was super hungry this afternoon and having major cravings for some chocolate. I knew I would have to post what I ate so I chose the least harmful of the items I could get at work - sweet and salty mix. Not great choice but it only had a little chocolate as opposed to a full chocolate bar. I need to start packing a snack!
