Title...
Finished a nice workout yesterday with my team. I am amazed and thankful that I have been so consistent these past few months. I am definitely seeing and feeling results. I would be nice to see a reduction in weight but everything in due course I guess. My entire body is toning up and I feel great! The team is highly motivated and I suspect they will be pushing me soon enough. Gonna buy some push up bars to enhance the experience.

More, I want more
Two ladies joined our little group this past Tuesday. They did not do the same exercises we did since they were just getting started but they were able to cover the same distance. One of them was seriously stressed while the other managed to keep up. We burned approximately 1290 Cals over 9 km. Not too shabby. I woke up this morning feeling better than i have been in years. I cant wait for this afternoon when we go at it again!!!!

Still on it
Still at it even though I am not posting my workouts on the Exercise Tracker. Went yesterday. Was exhausted after 13 minutes of my 2 hour workout. Could not figure out why. I THINK I ate properly, had a nice bowl of Granola with milk before my workout and gave it enough time to digest (About an hour). Yet I was struggling for oxygen for the first 3rd of the workout. Go figure. At any rate it was a good one. Some girls from the office should be joining me by next week Tuesday. Also, i want to crank up my workout routines. Gonna hit it at least twice a week in the gym.

Back on it
The start stop cycle continues. What I am doing differently now is working out with a partner. This time I am just walking, keeping it as simple as can be. I go walking on Tuesdays and Thursdays and my average burn is 1300cals in 2 hours. Do a lot of hill work and incorporate squats and lunges in between. Good stuff. Been at it for about a month now. I am seeing results slowly but surely. I suspect I lost about 5 pounds to date. Due for a next burn tomorrow. Will see how that goes. I have also been paying attention to what I eat. Good stuff.

Crunch time
I am in a real mess. I slacked off big time and put on about 7 pounds. Have NOT been taking my health seriously. I started back last night with a 45 min burn. I NEED to drop at least 10 pounds before I head stateside. My brother Nigel awaits. I must rep hard.
