I hate the lack of paragraphs / formatting
This site sucks for posting updates that require any sort of formatting... Hit enter a couple times to clean things up and it's all lost...

Losing Weight For Surgery
So... Bally's has continued to go great. I've continued to push myself there and grow more and more fit, as far as cardio and muscle goes. However, I haven't bothered to drop pounds at all. Now, I've decided to get my hip joint replaced next Oct, about a year from now. My goal is to be down to 15% Body Fat by then. The more fit I am for the surgery, the better the doc can do it (in my opinion, not his), and the faster I'll recover (which everyone agrees on). Until Fitocracy gets Body Fat tracking to join their Body Weight tracking, I'll be on here. I'll still be on Fitocracy rockin out the levels though!! If you head over and join Fitocracy, follow me there.

Ballys Fitness
I've finally decided to join a gym. The big thing to me is that I have to stick with it. I'm not interested in starting something that I will be stopping again. My routine will include hitting up the gym after work on Monday and Thursday and midday on Saturday. Rough hours are looking to be Monday / Thursday from 6p - 7p. Saturday 2p - 3p. Gym routine: 10min stretch, 20min weights, 20min cardio, 10min stretch Monday: Squats Thurs: Deadlift Sat: Bench Press Cardio will likely be biking due to my hip, but we'll see... I'll probably end up mixing it up to keep things interesting. The weights will be set for all of February and March, then I can decide if I want to mix things up or stick with it... It'll be good to see how I progress with it, and consistent gives more value to statistics.

Equalibrium
It's amazing how the body strives for equilibrium. Despite not exercising nor dieting yesterday, I lost 3 pounds of the 5 I gained Saturday. The other 2 left by midday Sunday. Impressive.
