    Barriers

    I am often not as active as I should be, because I don't have enough time. I always have a lot of homework to do and test to study for. If I do have some spare time I would rather spend it relaxing and not working out.

    Fitness Componets

    To achieve my goals I will need to be more active, follow good nutrition, and focus on doing more strength endurance. Hopefully by working on these things I will be able to achieve my goals of learning how to live healthy, losing 5 pounds, and gaining upper body strength.

    Goals

    My goals for this class are to get a better understanding of how to get fit and how to live a healthy life. My goal is to lose 5 pounds over the course of the 8 weeks. I would also like to work on gaining upper body strength and would like to be able to do at least 5 pushups on my toes.

    3 x daily walk

    I love that workout! 3 times a day... it is great walking a lot during the day. Way to go with staying on top of your exercise! And you made one goal of losing 5 lbs! That is amazing! Keep it up!
