About Me
Hi my name is Eddie and I'm overweight and have been most of my life. While my height has changed little in the last 15 years my belly and waist sure have. I have been here many times before but this time is different. This time I really do consider it to be a life and death issue as more people in my family come down with diabetes and my family's heart history is ever present.

Old Photos
Came across a couple old photos of myself from about 2-3 years ago. I had just lost a lot of weight and I felt great... then it went down from there. The funny this is that when I was at that weight I still felt overweight... to laugh, now I would give almost anything to be back at that weight. I'll post the two photos under my progress photos so anyone interested can see.

Crunches
I try to bread them down to 100 reps at a time and try to do them thru out the day, I shoot for at least 500 a day but I might do more if I'm trying to complete a challenge.

Weight
I don't do any program, I'm like you I watch what I eat and try to keep it around 1500 cal/day and making sure that they are quality calories, lots of protein, no cookies, etc. My workout consist mostly of Push-ups, tons of crunches, running, biking and walking. Of course I have two large dogs that have lots of energy so running them is a must.
