mentally fatigued
I am up 6 pounds. NOT sure how that happened exactly, but I do know I seem to gain weight when i am not vigilant. I stopped weighing myself when I went to TX and came back 5 lbs bigger--- funny how that happens. I need to get back into my cardio classes and back running. Made the small but important step today of food logging again -- this is a constant fight for me.

Down (not in a good way)
I cant seem to stay focused on these shakes. I also am struggling with my motivation. I am really struggling. I talk myself out of running. I just want to curl in my bed and sleep when I am not at work. I've been in a down mood lately and hoping/waiting for the tide to turn. Soon. My weight is 162.6.

safe zone
I'm 162.9, which is within my safe zone. I've lost 9 summer pounds. Mentally, I feel so much better. When I saw 172.5 I panicked at first, then I just felt defeated. I think food adds noise to my life, I just have to be conscious of the dialogue in my mind surrounding food, especially with my emotions.

Might as well order the Whopper
Contrary to popular belief a Chopped Salad or a Cobb salad is not a healthy alternative at the restaurant. They are filled with sodium and fat. I might as well have ordered the Whopper!
