LifethruHim's Journal
still sick
well, i'm still sick. I was hoping I'd be getting better today, but that's not the case. I wanted to work out this morning, but my body is still exhausted and my lungs are still really congested and tight. I slept almost ten and a half hours and was still exhausted when I got up. Anyway, I'm going to try to just eat right and get some decent sleep again when I get home from work tonight. Hopefully tomorrow.....

Starting up again
Going to try to start being a little more transparent with everything. Had shoulder surgery a little over a year ago and was unable to get back into the gym until the beginning of this year. I started the P90X diet and workout on Monday. I am pretty knowledgeable in nutrition and exercise, and need to get the willpower aspect back of living healthy now that I can workout again. Trying out the P90X because dieting has never been one of my strong points. I used to eat to gain muscle, which is easy. You just eat a lot, so long as the foods are good foods. This is my first time calorie and carb counting. Gotta get used to it.

Advanced goal
Current weight at average of 175. Short term-lose fat, keep weight relatively the same. Long term-more definition, more bulk.
