About Me
Heart is more important than how much you can lift, how far you can run, how fast you can run, and any of that. If your motivated and can push yourself to your personal limits and learn everything about your own body, then you are someone to be respected. I don't compete with anyone but myself, however, I love to motivate people and to be motivated by another persons strength. =] SO! Have fun and I hope you accomplish whatever it is you are all trying to do with this site.

Wow!
Congrats on the run! I can't even imagine that at this point in my fitness journey. :) I hate to sound like an infomercial but if you're still interested in bulking up I would highly recommend P90X. (You can find it cheaper on ebay, heh). My husband used that and got all kinds of muscle without even following the meal plan all that much! I'm doing the lean version (more cardio) and am lovin' that also. No offense to the other user but Insanity is 90% cardio so that's probably not what you're looking for. Anyway, looks like you're making great progress so far - keep it up!

It's how we do...
Yeah, even now that I have access to a gym I pushed my arms and legs a bit too hard and had to rest two days to deal with some strains. Just a matter of time at this point, of which I have plenty before I rejoin. 'gratz on the 5min mile, it's not an easy point to reach.
