    out of curiosity, were you and the nutri-master discussing generally healthy food balances, or were you discussing eating for weight loss? did they have anything to say about what gyminee recommends?

    it's in the drop-down...

    s'up lady- the waist size thing is just in the locker-room area. where it normally shows my weight, i can select from a drop-down to the side, and one of the options is 'waist size'. there's also other parts you can measure, but that was the one i was most interested in for myself, cause my belly was getting all surly.

    Pro-TEIN!!!

    Another thing about that stuff- according to this guy who wrote a book called The China Project (I think)- one should try to keep one's Animal protein down around 10-20% of your protien intake. Soo, that would be really hard. Spirulina's expensive and I just can't eat that much kale... It's a cancer thing... and I'm worried about the casienate boom- that stuff's really big now but may hamper the bodies ability to clean up cancer cells... hmmm.
