Hi Lila,
How are you? Hope this finds you well. Unfortunately I was not well, but I'm doing much better now and am back again. :) As far as your question about chicken thighs vs breast, chicken breast is very lean so be sure to add some extra fat from other sources in that case like extra virgin coconut oil/olive oil and/or nuts (peanuts are not nuts) and/or avocado and/or whole eggs, you get the idea. Getting enough healthy dietary fat is very important, don't skimp on the fat! It keeps you full and satisfied and gives you much needed energy. :)

Hi!
Sorry I haven't been on for a while. I've been wonderful, busy with life - just the way I like it. How are you??

No not yet
I'm still in Sapporo. It's a rainy day. What kind of bike do you think you want, road, mountain, touring, hybrid? Or better yet, what kind of riding do you plan on doing? As far as music, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Yuck, Black Lips, Lana Del Rey, Fleet Foxes, St. Vincent, and Bon Iver are worth checking out.

Bike Tour Companies
http://www.timbertours.com/ There are plenty of companies Backroads being the largest, but I've only done Timberline. I've done their San Juan Mountains, and Canadian Rockies tours. I hear Vermont bike tours is good, but I've not had any experience with them.

Hello!
Hello :) Thanks for getting in touch, it's great to hear from you. How are you? I am completely inspired by your journey so far, how are things at the moment? I've stabilized around the 175-180 mark recently (due to a summer of home-cooking and working 50+ hr weeks) but I'm hoping to drop 5 or so pounds to be more around the 170 mark. I'm not really active on DB anymore, but am certainly staying active in real life! I'm no longer studying in the US - I graduated with an MS from Rutgers in May and started a PhD a the University of Bath about a month ago. Things are going well academically and I feel much less stressed than I was in NJ. I do miss the US though! I joined the university rowing team here but unfortunately had to quit after the first two weeks - they train 10-12 times a week and about 2hrs each time and I can't afford that much time not working (or sleeping!). I am keeping up my ballet though - by the time I left the states I was taking around 5-6 classes each week and although this has had to drop down now I'm in the UK (due to lack of nearby classes) I'm still working hard at it. In fact, I'm hoping to take an exam next year which is giving me something to work towards. I don't know if I mentioned that I have a blog all about it? It's www.davetriesballet.com and it's been really fun to keep updated (and people seem to enjoy reading it judging by my hit counter!). Hope all is well with you and Zach, David
