i'm having a pce of 12 grain toast, 2 eggs, 1 cup cot. cheese. only 33 carbs, 48 protein!

Nutrition
So I am finding it impossible to make my calorie goals. I don't eat enough calories, and manage to keep my carbs at a recommended level. I am eating less of everything else though. Stupid carbs. I don't know how to reduce them very much!
