    Sunday Am workout!

    Well I am up and feeling great this morning! This past week I was feeling tired and grudgy. I ate horribly one day and then it continued! So today is a new day to start out with a great workout! I am still aiming for my goal to do a triathalon. I am not sure the date yet but I am hoping to lose some weight first and then start training. I know I can do this, I have failed way to many times with diet and exercise and now I am ready to feel good about myself! I am motivated so bring it on!
