Title...
Well, im back again. A little more stressed these days, having an injury physiologically, and been so busy. I know those shouldn't be excuses but how to motivate is the question. I was doing it last summer, just pushing myself beyond belief. Insanity workout, turbo fire sessions, the gym sessions, speciality classes. Now its like I cant grasp anything. Maybe its through trial and error. I have to ease back into it of my own volition. =) How is everyone by the way? Wishing all the best of training and lifestyle :)

Month 2 of Insanity is so difficult. Some days I have some energy left in the tank others, its so hard to push when you have 20 mins of the workout left.
