Bleh
been feeling yucky with a cold and not eating/doing very much. Well, apparently I'm eating enough because my weight is not going down, But I think I'm on the last leg of the cold and should be back to par by mid-week.

Birthday bump
Yes I didn't enter a weigh-in for yesterday, because I was in a rush, but it was 142.5 I think today's bump is partly because I did not take any lasix yesterday because I headed to the park very early. Hopefully I'll be back closer to 142 tomorrow. I splurged a bit for my birthday, but I don't think I was really terrible.

Thanks Jennr :) Doing pretty good, though sort of stuck here the past few days. I'm sure it'll start moving in the right direction again soon.

Yay for sticking with it. It's not easy for me to eat in restaurants, either. But, I try to put in a little extra in my workouts the next day -- 3500 calories is what it takes to gain a pound so the chances are you won't gain that much... unless you were feasting on deep fried onion blossoms :)

Sticking with it
Not so motivated this week, but sticking with it, since I bought healthy groceries. Haven't really wanted to do workouts but 15 min a day on the bike is doable.
