just one stomach bug away from my weight loss goal
After having a stomachache and not feeling like eating for over a week, as well as other unpleasant symptoms, I watched my weight drop to 115.5 pounds. Just a tad shy of my goal weight of 115. This, after barely eating anything for a week! I'm wondering why I am stuck on the number 115. Maybe it's because that is what was on my Driver's License. It's always been slightly out of reach, even when I was in college, law school, and into my twenties -- I always seemed to be right around 117. I think I need to adjust my goal. The last time I was under 117 was probably when I got married, when I got my weight down to 103 lbs! We'll see how I do with my weight, now that I am back to eating again. If it's a struggle to hold the line, I think I will adjust my goal to a more realistic 117, and then really try to stick to it.
