Broke 130
Shocked and surprised that I actually was under 130! I have not been under 130 in well over 10 years! Holy freaking crap yo.

Vegaterian?
What made you decide to take the plunge into that? I was one for 3 years and have been playing around with the idea of doing it again. I'm not sure if you have heard of larabars but they are vegaterian friendly all natural and only have a few ingredients in them. They were my godsend when it came to vegaterian snacking. Check them out if you haven't already!

Busy week =(
I had three sick kids at home with the flu and my mother who lives with me went in for knee surgery. And somehow I still felt guilty that I didn't make it to the gym or on here to record my calories. Silly me! It did give my hip a much needed rest but after almost a week off it was stiff at the gym today. How are things going for you? Hope you are making progress on your journey!

Almost a month...
4 weeks without eating meat. I would have never thought I could do it. I went to Brixx Pizza and had an awesome gluten free pizza loaded with vegetables. I hardly ever eat out because I want control over my ingredients. Brixx proved to be a good choice for me with good options while avoiding gluten & dairy. I have decided to lay off protein powder because my stomach is over it! I am opting for egg whites to bring my protein up to 90 grams per day. I had an excellent weigh in this week. I lost a pound and maintained my lean mass, that means it was a pound of fat! Yahoo! ; )
