Oops
So I wasn't very good at self monitoring last week & Halloween threw me off a little, but this week I'm back on track! :)

Thanks so much!
I did not want to work out today but felt amazing after I did! Funny how that works :) You asked a few days ago about the 5 Week Fat Shredder program - its one of the DailyBurn pre-made routines. I'm not that far into it, but I think it's a good supplement to my running routine.

Hi Back
I was at my heaviest in HS and as my mindset changed my weight changed. I believe that I have finally gotten to a healthy place mentally and spritually so my nutrition is following suit. It's like a light switch when you realize that eating is a nutrition decision not a 'diet' decision. I hate it when people ask me if I'm on a diet, I always tell them 'no, I just pay attention to my nutrition' and that makes them think. You're losing pretty steady and that is FABULOUS! What is working for you? I need extra motivation with Halloween approaching.
