    Arlight. time to start working out every single day until I reach my goal weight. I've been working with a personal trainer the last few months twice a week... getting stronger, but not leaner. Not his fault, it's my own. My diet has not changed and that is 90% of weight loss success. It starts now. I am eliminating soda until I am in control as well as fast food and greasy processed foods. I am going to try and keep my cals to 1500 a day and see if this works. Day 1 starts now.

    I'm a chunk

    I need to stick to my guns and continue to eat healthy for months instead of days. Seeing pictures of myself makes me sick and I really need to do something about this. When i get bored, I will work out. When I watch tv, I will work out. I need to keep moving otherwise nothing will happen to this blimp of a body...
