sleep
went to bed at 10:30..hard time waking up at 6am to workout.Didn't really wake up until 6:45, and then had to skip am workout.

so far I do like it. This week I will try and introduce exercise back into the mix, and see how I need to adjust the amount I am eating.

liked my breakfast - kept me full and energized all morning. only slept 7 hours cause of the concert last night. whoa is me :)
