Welcome Back!
Hi Andrew! Good to see there is activity again on your side. Has your good weight trend continued? On my side, I slowed down to 2x per week and it shows. I am picking up the tempo as well and with summer arriving here in SA everything looks positive!

hi back
Thanks for your message - I had the good fortune to have three friends speak to me separately about their experiences getting fit - it happened all within a few weeks (and was not planned as they did not know each other) and after the third conversation I just decided to commit myself to a goal. I think it was important to find out that it could be done. I have had the C2 for 12 years and used is off an on - I think it is by far the best cardio workout going. Just pop on the ipod, and row away. Sometimes, when I dont feel like rowing, I tell myself, well i guess this is going to be the worst row ever. Once I start, it is just another row. I have also completely changed my diet and Daily Burn has been essential to that process. I am surprised at how easy it was to change, but also how much I like it. I thought a healthy diet would consist of tofu and other substances with all of the charm of minced cardboard. I look forward to every meal and enjoy all the good food. You seem to be on a similar trajectory as me - making a major adjustment. Keep it up.

It's been a long walk and I feel like it's taking forever to get to the end. But I can see how far I've walked in a year. Good to know
