Sick
I keep forgetting to log stuff. I've been feeling kind of sick the past few days from work stress and even though I'm still wokring out, I get really lazy about everything :-/ Hopefully as soon as my deadline passes, I'll be back to my old self.

Cutting
I'm trying to cut my body fat down to somewhere between 18 and 20%. It was 25% which is way too high. Apparently, I'm genetically blessed because it's been coming off really easy. I still eat like crap on the weekends (relatively speaking) but it's okay. I took measurements the other day and I am currently 36"-25"-36"! I used to be 34"-28"-38". It's weird pulling my shirt up and seeing my abs and a very clean hourglass figure. I started weightlifting because I wanted to be as strong on the outside as I felt on the inside, but the physical changes that come with it are definitely an added perk!

Eating clean and lifting well
I've noticed that on days where I feel tired and unsure of myself, I lift very well in the gym and then vice versa when I feel confident. It's funny. The past week or so, I've been eating very clean--nearly a perfect 40/40/20 split. Yesterday, I was thinking it was time to grill some chicken for dinner and I realized that my calorie intake for the day was already like 67% protein and that I needed carbs. Very weird! My lifts are improving though. I was able to snatch 65lbs again, which is where I was before I took my break. So from here on, it's just going to be all progress.
