8 Week Challenge
Well I was suppose to be doing this 8 week challenge I started out really good then I got sick. So now that I am feeling better I am starting the challenge from the start! I know I can do this! I was reading this little book thing at church this morning and saw a quote that I like and going to make a poster of "Determination isn't measured by what you do when you feel like it. It is measured by what you do when you don't feel like it." So I am going to do this because I know I can and it is a great challenge!

A Goal to get me going Right
Plan: Eat smaller meals, 1/2 of what I used to eat Do at least 30 minutes of a workout a night get help!!

Excellent work! Keep that up (and after your body is done backfilling muscle), the weight is gonna start melting off!!

5 lbs!
It feels great to have lost the first 5 but waiting for that first 20 lbs! My body is sore for all the workouts but it is worth it! Yesterday I had to shovel 1.5 feet of snow, not fun but good workout!
