Potatoes
I love potatoes too. I eat them pretty much every day. Usually I slice them up and throw them in the microwave with some salt and Molly McButter, but lately I've been frying them in a tablespoon of olive oil. Sort like fried potatoes but it requires a little more attention since there isn't very much oil.

A note about time
I'm gadging days here as the time between when I wake up and when I go to sleep, the same way I do for my mental denotation of time. Exeptions may be made for particularly long days (48 hour days happen. Welcome to night jobs.) but I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

Yesterday was a break
I took a break yesterday. It was too cold/rainy outside for me to really do any significant physical activity. Also, Saturdays are my days where I have neither work nor class, so I figure if any day will be my day of rest/wagon-falling-off, it will be Saturdays. It'll make me worry less if I think like that. Also: I was definitely expecting the lasagna to be less healthy than it turned out to be. Huh.

Today is bust
I definitely was not feeling working out today. I am chock full of ennui. This is usually a result of thinking about my body/what I am eating too long. It just makes me grumpy/sad. Arg.
