Restarted 2 weeks ago at 114lbs...
Now i'm 121. Think I can stick with it this time. I've cut drinking alcohol out of my diet since March 22 and began eating better. Not stuffing myself in one meal so I don't feel too full to have another few hours later like before. Also, no spicy food because it's been upsetting the stomach as of late. Drinking more juice and feeling better. I want to hit 145 by August. Fingers crossed.

Day 18
So far I had to take a break because of finals and work. Lost out on almost two cycles! Getting back on Sunday after I get friend's wedding over with.

Day 8
Started second cycle. Appetite is increasing so that's a good thing. Contemplating using the creatine. We'll see. :)

Day 5
Finished first workout cycle. Gotta get through one more before I can record first milestone readings. I can feel the change; hoping that it translates to some measureable changes.

Completed back and biceps workout. The weight lifted fluctuated within sets for some reason. Its all good though. Feels good!
