    holiday heavies

    well I truly enjoyed the holidays including not tracking, not exercising and of course eating all my holiday favorites.....the result 5 extra pounds....But it's a new year So????

    The plan...

    I'm doing what I can... exercising as my body allows; logging food has fallen off, but the scale isn't going in the wrong direction so I'm good :-) Wow you've made some great progress, just about 10 more and you at your goal!

    I hope you're having a wonderful holiday. Oh yeah I'm going to have a little of the bad, but not go crazy. Way to go, another 2+ lbs, you're going to be at your goal in no time!

    Thanks for the encouragement, yeah I realize that lifestyle change is to route to true success, lucky for me I really enjoy good for you food :) And my scale is moving down again :) Anywho, look at you 4.3 lbs way to go!! Just remember that some of that was prolly water weight, if you don't down the same numbers next week :)
