I'm glad you were able to use your experiences on DailyBurn as a chance to reflect on your diet/exercise behavior and continue building better habits from having this new awareness. Good luck with your academic and healthful endeavors! :)

It looks like you asked the 'ultimate' question in the Daily Burn forum "How to stay motivated during the toughest times!" - I wish I had the answer to that question. But as you've probably noticed from the handful of responses, it's different for everyone. I hope you were able to get some helpful feedback. :)

You mentioned that time management is an on-going issue... I hear ya! When we have a lot of work or tasks to do, sometimes a trip to the gym or a workout is the first to get pushed back. There are plenty of techniques or tips that one can adopt to improve their time management, but sometimes workouts do not have to be very extensive. Doing a walk around the block - just getting outside for a few minutes - can do a body (and mind) good. :)

Reflection
a. I learned better portion sizes as well as how to meet my daily needs. b. From tracking my workouts, I learned that I still need work in this area. I am hoping to have a work out partner soon! c. Daily burn has helped me maintain my current weight which was my intended goal. d. It is a good resource, and one I have never tried before.
