    I'm basically going to be at the gym M,Th,Sa. Softball W,Fr and Soccer T,Sa. I'll have Sunday off and be doing something active the rest of the week. It is a little ambitious but I'll be scaling back my cardio from what I'm doing now since I'll be getting it in Soccer a lot.

    Title...

    That seems just a little too ambitious...with softball and soccer I think maybe you should cut out something else. Slower and steadier is better than doing a whole bunch and burning out. I want to motivate you but I also want to make sure you dont kill yourself :)

    Update on Objectives

    I'm first going to finish the Explosive Power Training Plan (about 3 weeks left). By the end of this time I'll also be doing 24lift on Mondays, Cables on Saturdays, and Circuits on at least Thursdays. Then I'm going to start the 30 day Strength Training Plan. This is also when Soccer and Softball are starting. I'll do this plan on Mondays (with 24lift, cardio, and Circuit, and sauna), Thursdays (with cardio, Circuit, and possibly some plyometrics added in), and Saturday (with Cables). I'm also going to add 4 compound lifts to the routine on Monday and Thursday including: Squats, Deadlifts, Clean-Press, Cable Row.
