BMI 23 - achieved!
On to BMI 22 (68.9). Now that I'm almost at 70, I'm ready to lose a bit more. Will start serious weight training when I hit 70 now I've lost most of the fat. Lean and mean, here I come!

700g to BMI 23
BMI 23 is my next mini-goal - I love these little challenges because it gets me amped to reach them as quick as I can, on the other hand it's a little bit of torture not being able to get there immediately!

Post Holiday Report
I gave myself a bit of a break over Xmas - didn't pig out or drink a lot, just gave my routine a bit of a break (I've been working hard!) A few days on from my break and I've lost what I'd gained anyway and a little bit more. However, now my first goal of getting down to 70kg is so close. I'm now down one pant size, and even that is a little loose. Whoohoo! Today I'm feeling all bloaty, but that should pass in a day or two. If previous weight loss rates are anything to go by, I should hit 70kg in the next 2-3 weeks. At this rate, once I hit 70kg, I'll set another goal to lose another 7-10kg. I'll be comfortable to sit between 60-63kg I think.
