not drinking
ya know...have rarely drank over the past few weeks...thats a pretty good accomplishment for me...im finally to the point where im not really even thinking about having one. Dont want that to sound like an AA meeting or anything. :) but i know i was consuming MASSIVE calories with those mexican martinis...and im still trying to watch what i eat, but with the reduction, it seems to be helping regardless of what i eat. I've always known i need to cut out the drinks to lose weight and stuff, but never WANTED to enough! im kinda happy bout that.

no more parties!
no more birthday parties, holiday dinners, NOTHING...omg....eating WAYYY too much...almost as many calories today, but NO alcohol good LORD!!!!

for my health
well...im trying to focus on healthy eating, and i've done my hula tape couple days in a row...its not really strenuous, but its fun and at least its SOMETHING outside of normal activity...but i think the healthiest thing ive done in the last few weeks is cut so drastically my drinking. i drank new years eve...and had a couple mimosa's on the 4th of january, but other than that, its the 9th today and that would mean that the 4th is the ONLY day ive had anything to drink so far this year. Wasnt really making it a resolution and there are some extenuating circumstances that sorta prompted it, although ive known for awhile that i needed to cut down the 2 mexican martinis every night! :) soooo...in regards to health and future weight management that can only be a plus!!! even if i eat MORE, im still consuming wayyyy fewer calories by cutting that out! although, with all the family stuff going on, at about 5pm every night im debating with myself on making a trip to the liquor store to buy a bottle of tequila!!! so far i have convinced myself that i reallly dont need or want it.

started today, built profile...did first hula tape today. need to start on the power 90 tapes tomorrow!!!
