About Me
My workout is self paced. I run atleast twice a week and use freeweights and videos to supplement. I take walks on Sunday afternoons. My diet is constantly changing, not every day but being modified to reach my ultimate fitness goals. I am not a beginner to working out. I have maintained a somewhat healthy lifestyle from 1989 to current.
