    I will start my work out plan today! Regardless of the weather, I will don my work out cloths, a wind breaker and I will hoof it up to the seawall. My goal is a full hour! And then my in home fully body work out! lots of exclamation points! :D

    Another New Goal

    I realized that yesterday I justified sitting at the computer for 4 hours because I was 'taking a break from the stress and agrivation of moving' which is complete and total BS! So I've got another new goal, from now on during week days I will not get on the computer till 1900 or later. Reasons: 1) Its unproductive. 2) I have too much stuff to do around the new house. 3) That is time I could be out walking or working out once everything is unpacked.

    New Goal

    Cut the Coffee! I love tea, so why haven't I been drinking it?!? So today after work I will go to krogers before going home and pick me up some chia tea! Or maybe I'll really treat myself and stop by HEB where they have loose leaf tea and get that really cute green tea infuser from WalMart that I keep seeing and wanting!

    Goals

    1. Cut the Carbs - I haven't gone over much but they do make up the largest % of my diet. I'd like to make it an even third instead of half, if not less. ~~~~~2. WORK OUT! - My knee is feeling better, I need to continue to stretch it in the evenings but I really need to get back on the road again, start walking. I've found all these great workouts and planned out my schedule but I haven't started yet! I need some motivation! The weather and the fast approaching move out date aren't helping...~~~~~3. Drink less - I enjoy drinking, I enjoy the taste of a wide variety of liquors and beers, but I don't drink too often when my BF is out to sea for four days. But when he is in, I tend to match him beer for beer. So new strategy, insert a glass of water in between each drink … maybe I can get him to do the same, unlikely but we'll see :).~~~~~4. Birthday Present to me - I'd like to be down another 20 lbs by May 26th, I don't expect to be down to my goal weight by then, but at least 20 lbs would be nice.
