About Me
So, I'll turn 24 in January and it must have been a year ago that I promised myself I would be happy (as I was before) with my weight, come 25. Almost a year has past since that promise but I'm finally going at it. I played college volleyball at Eastern Connecticut State, graduating less than two years ago. My sophomore year I was in the best shape of my life at 160 pounds and lots and lots of muscle. Needless to say I had a coach who kicked my ass so hard I was in an ice-bath twice a day. And so, here I am, having graduated less than 19 months ago and 60 pounds heavier - minus lots and lots of muscle. THINGS MUST CHANGE. I've had lots of excuses, the biggest and best being "TIME" and so I've made time. I go to work 30 minutes earlier than I had just to fit in a workout before class. It's working out beautifully. It's certainly difficult to see the pounds shed a lot less quickly than preseason (at least 10 pounds in 10 days) but I find the fantastic little bits here and there; buying the size 14 jeans I normally would are already too big, I have the resemblance of a jaw line that was hidden for months, and yesterday I felt fantastic... as apposed to close to death.... when out hiking. It’s difficult carrying around 60 extra pounds, SO I'M GETTING RID OF IT.

I'm still here
But haven't been on Daily Burn in forever. I'm still maintaining 180lbs with 11% body fat so I guess I've made a permanent change. I lived in Singapore for a few months in 2010 and lost about 10 lbs due to the food change (awesome food there) and lifestyle change (lots of walking). But I've managed to get back to 180lbs after a couple months back. It looks like you are kicking butt on your chart, way to go! What's been your biggest change?

Wow that's what 160 looks like? I always assumed that was a 120 look. Then again you are 6inches taller than me haha. Good luck on your goal!
