Transformation Training Camp - Day 99 of 182
Today is the first day of my final 12 weeks, so I'm basically restarting Transformation Training Camp. The only significant change I'm making to the program is the addition of a 7k run on what would be my Free Day. This is for two reasons: 1) I need to burn some extra calories and get out of the 190s and 2) I need to work on my endurance in order to improve my time/ranking at this year's Rugged Maniac.

Transformation Training Camp - Day 71 of 182
Upper-Body Fit. Good workout. Started out weak but seemed to get stronger as my muscles warmed up. Added Arnold presses at the end for my shoulders.

It was a fantastic workout today! LOTS of energy. I'm attributing it the abundance of beautiful women at the gym (thanks to my very late arrival).

HIIT & Abs. Same deal as Friday and for the the same reason: I had an early (5 a.m.) workout this morning because of scheduling conflicts. I'm beat.
