    i've returned

after 2 wks of traveling I'm home and back on daily burn. Having the same problems as when I started. Always feeling really hungry and having trouble staying within the calories. Also feel so discouraged that DB says it will take 7 months to lose 20lbs!

    back on daily burn

still going to the gym almost every single day, but got tired of tracking calories because I would have to put in a recipe for every meal, which is not practical. sometimes i feel like these systems encourage prepackaged garbage

    week 2

well this is a surprise, week 2 its almost hard to keep up with the calories. I think perhaps my stomach shrunk over the last two weeks as I'm eating less and almost never hungry. Today, for instance, even with a beer at dinner I'm 210 calories below the minimum. I guess thats a good thing... sure beats being hungry and cranky all the time.

    finally

yesterday was the first day i wasn't hungry and then when i worked out I had more calories left than i knew what to do with--I guess the secret is really big salad for lunch and dinner and low calories breakfast--like oatmeal

    headache

In addition to always being hungry, today I woke up feeling hungover even though I had nothing to drink and now I can't shake a headache. If I was/am having any sort of withdrawal from sugar, etc I'd have expected it to happen before now. I can't seem to shake it and I'm wondering if its due to insufficient calories? I'm just so hungry all the time. I'm feel discouraged and hopeless and wondering if I should just commit to eating healthy, but as much as I want, and exercising daily instead of this.
