    eating more fat

It's just so hard to overcome CW... but if I want a snack it is 1/2 T. butter, or butter over veggies. All this lean meat &^$ is a problem but I think I can find some good fatty cuts. Oh, bacon. Bring that to work for afternoon snack. Still 178.

    binary eating

I had ONE little chocolate (milk chocolate) and praline things and wanted to eat my weight in chocolate. I had to eat some cheese to get the taste of something savory. Ok, so I can't eat just one of something chocolate and sweet. It was overwhelming (well, almost because I had the cheese, brushed my teeth and went to bed). Back to 178 of course, and it's been a year. I seem to maintain this ok but I want to be 165.

Job stress = chocolate = weight gain

Two ritter sport dark chocolate with hazelnuts, not matter how paleo I am the rest of the time, well, I'll gain weight. Oh, and not running. So, I'm running again, just donated blood (so HB was in normal range) and am eating better. End of August aim is 170.

    looking for that 0...

I'm at 172, so keeping at it I'm sure I'll be at 170 soon. Eating more fat is amazing. I'm more full, food tastes @#% good and I'm losing weight.

    Back!

Still 177 but I did hit 173 so I'm returning to tracking food and exercise until I'm 160.

About Me

I was 80+ lbs over my current weight (looking to lost another 10). I lost it by eating less, specifically carbs. It wasn't intentional! And now I'm one of those low-carb people.
