So happy,
Since joining I have lost 10lbs total body mass! To top it off I have gone from a size 8 to a size 4 and increased my muscle mass significantly. Feels great, thanks motivators :)

Hey Maggie,
how nice to hear from you. You appear to be in fine shape. What are your goals for the next few months. I am still trying to get my goals down on paper. I have maintained my weight, but need to get back to the gym to develop more tone. Let's work together.

Studying.
I think sometimes we reach for unhealthy food choices to keep us going when we are burning the candle at both ends, like intense studying. Try finding some substitutes. For example chewing gum or some hot tea to keep your mouth busy without calories. Or allow yourself 5-10 minutes breaks to move to increase your energy. Go for a quick brisk walk, do some plyo exercises or put on some music and take dance break. Hope these ideas help. :)
