Malu, você vai no workout log, find exercise, run, submit my progress. Aí você põe quantos quilômetros e minutos você correu. Aí ele vai traçar um gráfico. Embaixo do gráfico, está escrito "show my" e, no retângulo ao lado disto, "distance traveled". Clique no retângulo, vai aparecer uma lista, escolha "calories burned". Aí a quantidade de calorias aparecerá no gráfico. Se quiser, me liga. Beijo. Iaara
