Diet
I'm now on a 1500 calorie diet. Plus a pill. And I'll be working out. My plateau’s are too long and I finally found a doctor that listens and reviews what I had been tracking. We'll see how this does.

Motivation
So I'm thinking that now that my semester has ended and I have more time to workout I will be more successful. I have a theory that stress has been holding me back more than I would like.
