Thanks for all your hard work, Mandi! I'm glad you found Gyminee to be useful. Good luck with all of your health / fitness adventures. And of course, best wishes during your pregnancy! :)

I think you did an excellent job providing an educational voice to the public forums this week. Your answers provided a different perspective that was either not yet mentioned or added to the content already provided. Also, regarding your question about what to eat for snacks... have you followed-up on some of the answers? You seemed to have gotten a lot of great suggestions. Any of them work for you?

Thanks for the motivation, Mandi! We all need a few words of encouragement every now and then. In reading your post in the forum topic "Motivation to Move" I thought you did an excellent job articulating your awareness on what keeps you going and what doesn't. In terms of the fitness classes at the gym - I know what you mean about feeling uncoordinated... sometimes that can be a deterrent to keep exercising. But it seems you are very much in tune with what works for you and seem to be doing things to ensure you continue living an active and healthy lifestyle. :)

    Reflection of Gyminee

    A) Logging my food held me accountable for what I ate. It made me think twice about what I ate. I'd say it definitely helped me to eat better. B) Tracking my workouts worked for me like tracking my food intake. I realized I was accountable for exercising or not and that would reflect in my Gyminee grade. It helped me to make sure I get my workouts in. C) Gyminee helped me to eat healthier and to exercise. After I have my baby, I could see Gyminee as a good motivation to help me lose weight. D) I don't think I'll use it under this account, but I do see myself using it under another account. I think it would be fun to get some family on board Gyminee and we could be each others support group and we'd be able to help keep each other accountable for our nutrition and exercise. E) Gyminee has been a good experience!
