40kg Snatch!
I haven't attempted heavy (for me) snatch in a while, and I achieved a 40kg yesterday which is good enough to make me a NSW state champ! (...not many competitors...)

PB - Max Deadlift: 115kg
After my 5 week deadlift cycle, I attempted a PB of 115kg (Previously 110kg). I got the 115, attempted a 120 twice, but failed. Start a new 5 week cycle again next week.

After a few months of drinking and eating too much...the motivation is back! I am aiming to compete in a powerlifting competition in November.
