Wow
Your doing great! I noticed you burn calories quite often, what have you been doing to burn them. Also, what time of exercise routine are you on where you burn calories and gain weight at the same time? Does it have to do with your diet? Well what ever you are doing keep it up, you will honestly reach your goal in no time because of your dedication, great job.

Great job!
congrats on gaining the 6 pounds, it seems like we both want to get up to 200lbs! What kind of diet are you on to gain weight? eating lots of food? high protein, or carbs? maybe both?

RE: No More Excuses
It is easy to make excuses. However, the challenge really lies in combating those excuses. It sounds like you were able to address some of those. For instance, people with kids can always utilize a fitness center's child-care option. Or, sometimes gyms have classes that are kid-friendly. Of course, this all depends on the rules of the club and the age of the kids. Great observations! :)

FITT
The way to avoid overload when trainning incline dumbbell press, first of all i recommmending training chest twice a week and giviing a few days rest in between then the second time aroound when i train my chest i was do a resistance machine like the nautilus incline press at a moderate weight to confuse the muscle at the same time. I do the same thing with my legs when i do my heavy squats then the next leg day i do moderate leg press or hack squat to avoid overload.
