is pretty great! Glad to see you on here again.... I decided to try to start up again.... tracking food and exercise seems to be the only thing that works for me.

I think that if you eat right and exercise consisently you will def. see results. Its impossible not to. Just remember not to be crazy strict on what u eat cuz if you COMPLETELY deny yourself you will end up binging. Thats what ive found at least. You want to eat in a way that is manageable that you could keep up indefinately no fad diets ... they dont work in the long term imo. Go Courtney Go!!

Almost there
Not exercising enough, not eating well enough but the weight is still constant. This should be a clue that the last few will drop off if I get on those two things right? 161 is my lowest weight that I can remember this decade. I hit it when I was 3 months preggo believe it or not...oh nausea!
