    Eating healthier

    I have a lot of choices now. I have to make better choices for my son who is turning 1 in 2 weeks. I don't want him to have a fat mama. I am disgusted with myself and my weight and pray that I will lose it all again. The first time I got pregnant after losing 60+ pounds. I have a 10 pound advantage right now so guess thats a plus. I started at the gym 3 weeks ago and gained 5 pounds (yes I know its muscle) but still that was five extra pounds I didn't want. I am down 7 pounds guess thats progress. just sometimes that uuuggghhh frustrating. I am determined to do this. As of yesterday I will make smarter choices on my calorie intake. I have had a bad habit of eating out almost every single meal after my son was born because of the convenience of grabbing and going before it was time to get home and try to put a baby down for bed and then not being able to eat at all. I was pretty stressed at that time also. My lil man is now eating table food so now we need to make better choices in food. SO here we go... Let the journey begin.
